Delivery Times

Our standard delivery area is mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, and we aim to deliver wherever possible within 4-5 working days of receiving payment for your order (please contact us on +44 (0) 1707 367900 for additional carriage charges for Scottish Highlands and offshore islands). However, if there is any further delay to your order, we will attempt to contact you to advise you of this. If any special delivery instructions are needed please enter these during checkout or, if you prefer, send these to us on a separate email at the time of your order: info@gilpa.co.uk.

Your online payment is processed through a secure encrypted system (encrypted to 128 bit) provided by Stripe. If you prefer however, we can also take telephone orders and payments on: 01707 367900.

Returns Policy and Guarantee

After you have received your goods you can return any item to us for a refund or exchange, provided they are in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging, and it is within 28 days of receipt of your goods. However, please note that the cost of returning the goods is not refundable.

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

If the goods delivered are damaged or faulty, we will either replace them or refund them if you prefer, but they need to be reported to us within 28 days of receipt of your goods.
