It’s Nearly Time for the Dally Rally!

16/08/2013

A unique day of training and practical’s for the working Dalmation dog!

The British Carriage Dog Society is holding it’s Dally Rally on Saturday August 31st this year and Gilbertson & Page’s canine nutritionalist, Samantha Ware, will be giving a talk about the specific feeding needs of Dalmatians, as well as being available to natter generally on the subject of dog nutrition.

This unique day of training and practical demonstrations for working Dalmatians is centred on the Brynffo Car Park at Crychan Forest, near Llandovery in Carmarthenshire (nearest postcode LD4 4DS). To allow everyone to get there, it starts at 11am and is open to anyone interested in working Dalmatians, whether you’re an owner or not.

Entry for the full day is only £15 per person and, in addition to Samantha’s sessions, there is specialist training help with Dalmatian experts Alison Burgess and John Wilmot – and the opportunity to horse ride or carriage drive in the forest (you can bring your own horse/carriage or be matched with a volunteer).

It promises to be an exciting day and one that really shows off the potential of the Dally in these working roles.
